The NGO Rural Entrepreneur Foundation (REDEF) is a non-profit development organisation. Based in Ghana, it aims to reduce poverty, disease and ignorance through its Skill Development, Micro-financing, Family Planning and Reproductive Health Programmes, especially among women in rural areas. EEIU Chapter Chair and REDEF Founding Member Denis W. Aheto intends to incorporate the concepts and theses of eco-ethics into REDEF activities and projects.
