| 1. Regular Seminars |
Regular seminars will be conducted twice yearly involving multiple sectors and common people. There are several alternative seminar topics, i.e.:
- Small Island and Coastal Zone Management
- Rain Forest Management
- Waste Disposal and Community Housing Planning

| 2. Training and Education |
Training and Education will be focused primarily on young people. Activities will be conducted in- and out-doors. |
| 3. Research |
Several alternative research areas will be selected depending on main issues like the problems of small islands, Leuser National Risk, community housing, and waste disposal management. |
| 4. Development Implementation |
The related outcomes of the research will be used to design eco-development programs using several management approaches, like community-based management, market-based management, and resource-based management. All these must be operated efficiently, using eco-ethics concepts as their foundation. |
